Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026. Applies to the iOS app "Vọt" (bundle vn.vot.app), its backend and this website. This is an English translation; the Vietnamese version prevails in case of conflict.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vọt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Vọt is an independent app

Vọt is developed and operated by LNH Soft. Vọt is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by VinFast or any vehicle manufacturer. Model names are used only to describe supported vehicles. For warranty, service or official vehicle features, contact the manufacturer directly.

3. Accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Registration details must be accurate; the email address must be one you actually control.
You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Account → "Delete account" — steps at delete account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice by email except in urgent safety or security situations.

4. Signing in with Google and Apple

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your email address and display name from that provider, used to create and identify your Vọt account. We do not access Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at your Google account permissions page or in iPhone Settings → Apple ID; you can still sign in with your email address and password. 5. Driving safety

Vọt is an assistance tool. You remain fully responsible for driving safely and obeying traffic law.
Do not handle your phone while driving. Use CarPlay and voice; some screens are restricted while the vehicle is moving, as required by Apple.
Map data, routing, speed limits and charger availability can be wrong or out of date. Always follow road signs and actual conditions.
Vọt only reads vehicle data. The app never sends control commands to the vehicle — see our safety commitments.

6. Vehicle and charger data

Vehicle values (battery, range, speed and so on) come from a reader device you connect yourself and are only as accurate as that device. Values we have not verified are shown as unknown rather than guessed. Charger information comes from public and third-party sources; power output, pricing and availability change without notice.

7. AI assistant

Assistant answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the assistant for technical, medical, legal or financial advice. Do not enter sensitive information into the assistant.

8. Vọt Premium

Free features stay free. Vọt Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple account.
New accounts receive a 1-day trial after email verification.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Deleting your Vọt account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it separately in iPhone Settings.
We may change pricing or what the plan includes; changes are announced in the app in advance and apply only from the next renewal.

9. You must not

Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent technical limits of the app or backend.
Access the service automatically, scrape data in bulk, or reuse our data in another service.
Use Vọt for anything unlawful, harassing or harmful to others.
Share accounts to work around subscription limits.

10. Intellectual property

The app, its source code, interface, the name "Vọt" and its logo belong to LNH Soft. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Data you create (favourite places, settings) is yours.

11. Service provided "as is"

Vọt is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will always be accurate. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app; our maximum liability is limited to what you paid for Premium in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Vietnamese law that cannot be waived.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation via [email protected]; failing that, before the competent courts of Vietnam.
